About Identifyre
This web application began as a private
investment tool for ourselves to help identify positive cashflow
real estate properties. When we showed it to a few friends, they
liked it so much they wanted a way to use it for themselves, and
IdentifyRE.com was born!
Our mission is to make it easy to find and analyze residential
real estate investments, quickly and easily.
You may have heard
of the 100:10:3:1 Rule. It says that you must look at 100 properties,
in order to find 10 that you want to make offers on, 3 of which you
will try to find financing for, in order to actually buy 1. The internet
has changed many things in the world, not the least of which is the
ability to find things, quickly. You used to have to know someone
with access to the MLS (a realtor) to be able to access mass quantities
of real estate properties, but not any more.
IdentifyRE was created to take advantage of that by letting the same
medium (the internet) do the sifting as well as the finding. There
